Ludgate Environmental has been informed that, on 17 December 2009, John Shakeshaft,
the Chairman of the Company, purchased 55,445 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at a price of 90.18p per share. Following this transaction, John Shakeshaft holds 115,445 ordinary shares, representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company also announces that Nigel Meir and J Nicholas B Curtis of Ludgate Investments Limited, the Investment Adviser have also made share purchases in the Company, as detailed below:
