Warrant Price & Chart

The listed Investor Warrants entitle the holder to subscribe for one ordinary share in the Company at a price of £1.50 up to the Final Subscription Date of 31st October 2012. Investors who subscribed for Shares pursuant to the placing at admission received one Investor Warrant for every four shares acquired.

Management Warrants:
The Fund issued 1,285,250 unlisted Management Warrants in registered form which entitle the holder to subscribe for one share at a price of £1.75 until the Final Subscription Date of 31st October 2012.
